Amend 17-6-1 relating to where offenses are bailable, procedure, schedule of bails, and appeal bonds.  This bill would enact additional conditions for bail or sexual offenses: bail or other pretrial release shall be set by a judge on an individual basis.  Unless the court determines that contact would be in the best interest of the victim the court shall include as a condition of bail or pretrial relates that the defendant not have contact with the victim or any member of the victim�s family.
